How long does an install take?
Your install will be completed within one day, often no more than 5 hours.
How long is the contract period for?
Your furniture hire is for up to 6 weeks. If there is an unconditional sale before the 6 week mark, furniture will be removed no pro rata. If the property does not sell within the 6 weeks, you have the option to extend for a weekly fee of $595 and can cancel whenever.
Do I need to move out before styling?
Not always. We offer both vacant property styling and partial property styling for occupied homes.
What areas do you service?
We proudly service Geelong, the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, Wyndham, and Melbourne's Western suburbs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred installation date, particularly during busy selling seasons.
Do you own all your furniture or hire it?
Style Xtra owns all of their furniture and therefore can benefit those tighter timelines.
Why can a smaller optimally staged home sometimes cost more than your minimal package?
A great question! When optimally staging your property it may cost more than our minimal and essential packages and this is because of the features included. Even if there is less spaces staged.
