With an initial contract of 6 weeks and the flexibility to extend weekly if your property is yet to have sold, the Style Xtra team prides ourselves on offering all clients a seamless and stress-free experience.

Property Visit

A stylist will attend your property to assess its staging needs.

Style Xtra will email you an official quote for your consideration.

Confirmation

Upon your approval of the quote, we will issue you an invoice and book your property for installation.

Installation

Style Xtra will stage and style your home, leaving it perfect for photos and inspections.

6-Week Mark

If your property is yet to have sold within the 6 weeks, we can offer weekly extensions or proceed with a removal.

Removal

Style Xtra will organise a time to revisit your property to remove all of our furniture and staging accessories.
